Hello,
I won the two items pictured below in a box lot auction. They both have the remains of dried plaster on them, as did another tool in the auction which I know was a 40's-50's dental tool, which makes me think these are dental related as well, but I really have no idea. I think these two items are same in function but different designs from different manufactures. They are approximately 2"x2"x3" when folded over, and have a screw that adjusts the width and angle of the closure. One of them has "ARROW-15" stamped into it.
