Shame you don't even have stars or streetlight there. Live out in the country eh?

Have you not seen what this guy looks like? He lives in town, but is not allowed out in daylight. There is a law on the books that says if he is within 2 blocks of you all lights have to be turned off. This includes streetlights and headlights. I hope this clears up the mystery for you all.
