For some unknown reason I never expected your location to be so near the equator. However the magnetic inclination for your site is 0 to 1 degree. In other words the magnetic lines are parallel to the surface of the earth. If you ever have a chance to use a magnetometer for searching, position the pickup sensor in the proper position so it is most sensitive to the earths' field. Toroidal sensors differ from solenoid types in positional sensitivity. Toroids are best to use.
BTW I am located in Florida and my magnetic inclination is about 62 degrees.HH
