Apparently, given that the pamphlet is the only known source material, if you read the pamphlet and then re-wrote most everything in it to suit then you're an expert.

No, just trying to define "expert" of something that contains no known facts? Apparently these can be produced from complete unknowns as well.....

No, just have my doubts that any college would have a BEALE 101 course considering that no collaboration outside of the job print pamphlet exists that prove that ANYTHING in the narrative text ever happened.
It is hard to conceive of a legitimate college having a course based on what would have been an obscure and most likely a forgotten dime novel if not for the Harts and Innis and a myriad of treasure magazines that brought it back to life.

That is an inference that "this college" has a credited course in "BEALE STUDIES".

There is no proof his work is nothing more than fiction.
If he had deciphered the papers as he has said he would have proved it by now in showing how they are deciphered...

Everyone who has ever claimed to have "solved" those ciphers never reveals how it was accomplished.
Why expect that anyone would?
