Holy smoke Batman! I probably look like a fat, juicy seal with a black wetsuit on wading chest deep in the surf! :) The good news is that out of the 2 dozen times I've been able to hunt there the surf was so rough I couldn't venture past ankle deep.

Hey - say hi to Kathy for me - we miss her on the Cape

I just got an image of sheriff Brody yelling "Out of the water, out of the water"!!!!!!!

Interesting - I wonder what's for dinner?

From the pings, it appears that she is hunting further off shore, than where one would shallow water hunt, unless you step in a very very deep hole. I would be more worried about bull sharks which like shallower water and can go up fresh water rivers. As a precaution, I would avoid working the outside of the furtherist out sandbar channel, as this is most likely where sharks would lounge.

14ft, 2,300 pound Great White Shark lurking of Daytona area beaches. Something to think about as you wade into the water in search of bling.

Katherine made a beeline to the beach early this morning.
