Dad and I went to the Trinity river to detect. Lots of trash, but we had help from Hogan (our schnauzer). =)

Gotta love that fall weather for hunting. Your in a great area along the Trinity R. lots of old river ports and towns along there. I've done some hunting further up below Lake Livingston

You may have dug some trash and a few coins, but, you already have a 'treasure' by having your father to hunt with (and a cute dog). Never miss an opportunity to be with him or tell him you love him and cherish the moments you both share.

The Trinity looks really low.......we used to fish it near the Madisonville area......seen large trees floating down it before.
