CW Eagle plate plus more - Sat. hunt at 1830's property

I hit the 1830's CW property yesterday for about 4 hours. I only covered one side yard in this time.
Sorry you Northern folks, but it's supposed to be in the 70's here all week, so I'm not giving up yet. ;)
One of my first digs was an Union Eagle plate of some sort. I know it is CW, but what was it used for?
I found my very first clay pipe piece too. I'm headed back out today for a bit, so I'll make this quick.
A few pieces I could use help IDing if anyone knows what they are. Here was Saturday's finds:

*A thin copper 3" x 2" CW EAGLE plate. It has 13 stars, and the words "E PLURIBUS UNUM" on it.
Was this a cover for something?

*A decorative tray (bent to pieces) with "Wm A Rogers 8327" engraved into it. I think it is silver plated copper or brass?
Possibly 1800's ?

*A headless Indian pin.

*A 1956 Raleigh, NC. vaccine tag.

*1800's lock.

*An old pocket knife.
Any idea of it's age?

*A square copper piece with two holes. It looks like a large button possibly?
Did they make buttons this big? Era?

*An 1800' 23mm flat button w/shank. No back mark. :'(

*An 1800's 20mm flat button with "M AM" as a back mark.
Any idea on this one?

*My first clay pipe piece.
What era where these from?

*A fired CW bullet. At least I think it is? (Next to the vaccine tag in picture)

Thanks for looking.
Off to find more. Have a great week.

I think that is a belt buckle. Mine is a sword belt plate according to Sentinal.

I'm not an expert in the field but yours appears to be a belt buckle and not a sword belt buckle, the link posted is a Sword Belt Buckle.

I have one similar to yours but no E PLURIBUS UNUM.
