Well about time I get my rear in gear and post the last few digs.

First time in quite a well that Navy Davy and I ventured out. Was not a great day to go a digging but we did the due. ND started with a nice 1953 dime which was the best find of the day. With strong winds and a bit of rain both of us managed about a dozen coins with ND getting a few toonies and loonies whereas I managed to rid the park of a dozen coppers. On the long walk back to the car we headed to the woods for an easier walk. Of course ND made a few friends on the way back ....all with 4 legs.

Next day it was Hunny Bunny and I out for a "triple D" day. Was pretty sore from the previous day lasting on the playing field which was target rich for about 40 minutes. Marie was puzzled.....doing her word search in the car in her own little world. She was surprised that I limped back to Nogo so quick. Nogo then took us to a Tim's for a little lunch and of course the mandatory 5 packages of hockey cards. Down to 9 for this years set. Did pick up a trio of the once best team in the league who this year already has their golf clubs out! All in the higher price range. Getting out of hand so I am thinking that once I get the 10th anniversary set completed I'm done. No more as the cost is getting way too high. Drive home was a karaoke delight as HB sang the blues and Patsy Cline. Once home I staggered to the shower draining the hot water tank.

"DIGGIN IS HELL" but has to be done.

looks like fun, thanks for posting

Nice that you got out again and that your HB enjoyed it with you. Also that she added music! A visit to Tim's always helps, too.
