I may have a Lesche Sampson that I would part with, but I will have to think on it. I usually carry it for when people go hunting with me.

On the O-ring, I would like to make a suggestion, although it may not be helpful. I recently bought some silicone diver's grease (comes in a small vial for about $5). That O-ring on the CTX is almost too thin, but I pulled mine out and ran it under water to clean it and lubbed it up a little. Too much silicone will attract dirt, so there is a fine line.

Not too surprisingly, but a little, there was a quantity of dirt behind the thing, even though I never take my battery off in the field and I always make sure that the matting surfaces are clean before I replace the battery. This is probably why people have been having issues with it.

Let me know about the lesche.

I agree the o ring is too thin......I always check mine and it still leaked but Minelab did replace the unit.

Still looking for o-rings and ctx bag and shovel

ML didn't send you any extras o-rings after the repaired you're CTX? I called there service dept right after I bought mine and they sent me a pack of spare orings without hesitation. They are available on EBay too (link below). The bag will be a hard one to find as the CTX is new and a hot seller. Most that get rid of them don't click with the whole machine and sell it as a package deal. Good luck. http://bit.ly/LkBZAa
