We went through a lot of trial and error nailing down the issue. Mine lab wanted to send me a replacement lower but Keith and I both had come to the conclusion of was the upper not the lower. After receiving the new machine from him it was indeed the upper and not the lower. So I would have been out even more time setting on a defective machine. It's not like I could have just kept the other machine or anything. He did have all my payment information address and so on. Yes there was a lot of trust there to send the new machine out. There is for sure a great deal of true that went on there but this was not my first large purchase from him either.
I would like to think there was a great deal of trust within him and I that allowed him to feel comfortable enough to do this.
I do also think on the other hand that he would have went above and beyond what he had to do as a dealer to fix the issue. He simply could have handed me over to mine lab and let them figure it all out and that could have taken who knows how long.
