CRISPINS CRITTERS

I am about to head out to the hearing doctor and see if they can do anything about this constant ringing in my ears. Although I understand usually not much can be done.

One thing is to stop all use of caffeine. .also sleeping with a white noise machine is helpful!

I saw the audiologist and he is forwarding the results to my doctor. My hearing is OK but the ringing is the biggest issue. My regular doctor may decide to go for an MRI to look for a growth. But I have a feeling he will not and I will just have to love with this.

Hey Folks,

Eva recieved some urgent messages in Morse Code that many of you are afraid the Guinness factory will be the next thing to be shut down. I assure you all this will not happen. Do not to panic. Guinness is a much better run organization then the US government.

Things over here are extremelly stressful so I figured I would take PTC's advice and lean on some of my friends. Diesel can't hear...I can't eat, anybody having problems with their vision?

Can I get a song request "Light em up" by Fallout Boys?

Crispin

Ps. I can't possibly go back and read the last 2000 posts, so if I've missed anything really important then somebody let me know.

Found out today that my Phil. Professor suffered a stroke while I was ill last week.
He will likely not return this semester.
We are to continue our research on our papers and
meet at the usual class times for a host of "guest" lecturers....
I found out that I got a B+ on my analysis of one of the textbooks...
(I got dinged for improper margins...???)

--------------------------------------

I loaned my Psych Professor a book that I recently picked up
at a local thrift store for her to look at and comment upon.
It is about data collection, analyzation, etc.

Upon my brief perusal,
it may prove to have information more valuable than the 25 cents that I paid for it. :headbang:
-------------------------------------

I went by Disability Resources after classes and got 4 more wheelchairs ready.
There's 15 lined up now and ready to use!
I have no idea how many I've repaired and have been allocated.
Some days, there are some that have been donated, some returned and I
"Keep the Fleet Rolling!"
---------------

Thursday after classes, I am "strongly encouraged"
to attend an advising meeting for next semester's classes.
Sheesh....ALREADY?
:BangHead:
I'm looking at either math or science courses.
Or both....
(Any Honors Class options? :icon_scratch:)
---------

Contrary to popular belief,
the last time I posted,
I did NOT get drunk.
I felt pretty damn good, though.(I believe the term is "medicinally...")
I only drank enough to feel better.
That, and I ran out.....:laughing7:

It made me remember that alcohol has a nasty habit of
dehydrating the body.
Therefore, I drank water in a three to one ratio
which helped to keep my system "flushed."

I feel much better, though I still have a bit of a cough.
I believe that I may have been flirting with pneumonia...

Hope all are Well and Happy!

Best Wishes,

Scott

Just as an "Added"

Today's "Guest Lecturer"
devoted the class to discussing "existentialism."

Names like Kierkegaard, Nietzsche, and others were bandied about.
I am familiar with these individuals.

I feel that I held my own and was even able to add informative comments
and additional information. 8-)

Some days, You are the "Dawg!"

Other days,
You're the fire hydrant...

That's "Scott's Philosophy for the Common Man" for today.

Now,
We return you to some fine musical selections....

(Hmmm...notice the accompanying "cheer track" as it shows each band member individually....)

WOW!
I wonder who now owns that sweet Rickenbacker that John is playin'?
Wish it was me.....

Best,

Scott

Quick story....

Went to the eye doctor a coupla years ago.
I said, "Doc, I can't see anything unless I hold it at arms length. Lately, it seems that my arms just ain't long enough anymore."

He says, "Well, you either need reading glasses or longer arms!"

True story.
