Hey everyone. I just got the word today our home we are purchasing in Florida is all ours now the closing has been finalized!
What a long road it was buying a short sale home. Now I need to get the roofer out there hopefully next week as I am replacing the entire roof.

Congratulations! Fire up the chain saw and the sand shark!

It will be a couple years before we actually move down there as I want to let my son (going into fourth grade) get at least through grade school in one school. But I will be back down there in October for a few weeks. I can't wait to go beach detecting and swim in the new pool!

Thanks! We are close to Tavares. I am lucky that my mom and dad live less than 5 minutes away from the new place. Maybe it will be a new trend for us here on tnet to relocate to Florida! I sure appreciate the offer. I'll let you know if I need anything.
