Definitely not. As my friend TH says you can not sacrifice freedom for safety. So even when you face banning by the powers that be on this site you must stand up for your beliefs and what is correct. Authorities all over the word try and keep people from speaking the truth. In the end the worse you face here is a ban instead of imprisionment and torture. But repressive authorities trying to keep down freedom of speech are the same no matter where you go.

And yes I realize this is a private site and can ban any of us at any time for any reason. It's their full right to do so.

I was actually referring to a recent banning from a different site and not this one. TH was extremely nice to reopen my thread and I am very grateful to him for it.

I have always realized that world. Mods can ban anytime they want for any reason. But I'm a Patrick Henry fan so I tend to speak my mind and the truth. For some its easier just to surround themselves with people of all the same belief and live in a sheltered world as opposed to being in a free and open society.

I just find it very humorous that the same people talking about rights and freedoms and "sheeple" are the same ones who ban people of differing views only surrounding themselves with parrots (or sheeple??). I guess one doesn't need to practice what they preach??

Lol, this last couple months (including young child) has been a giant one of those moments that remind me the older I get the less I know. I never saw that last banning coming. Honestly...my jaw hit the floor. I was grossly mislead to the kindness and honesty of the owners of that site. Really cut me deep. O well, hopefully the rest of the gang will get the word and come back here.
