This will be a picture overload. I added the square nails for potential age reference because I'm finding this all in an area that is roughly 50' by 50' in a local stream. I believe the large, heavy piece to be a grain weight? The rest I have no clue. Anyone here have any insight and potential age of these items? I have also found two ax heads in the same location ( not pictured.)

There's no railroad close by, but doesn't mean there wasn't a spur in the past. Hmm, not sure, but these suggestions both make sense to me. The large piece was roughly 7.2 lbs if that helps any.

I thought those big spikes held the horse drawn wagon wheels together.

Not any kind of railroad spikes that I've ever seen. Creskol may be onto something though.
