🔎 UNIDENTIFIED Creek Bank Detecting Find

[Dismal Swampy]

Found about 7" down on a sandy creek bed.

Thought first arrow tip or small plumb bob but seems to small for either. I think it's brass ( not magnetic). Truthfully I'm stumped on this one.

Agree with brass…is the hole on the bottom threaded?

Probably wrong, but resembles the top of a hand held flag pole/stick

It reminds me of those decorative spikes on leather work. Such as dog collars or punk rocker boots
However, yours seems a little more heavy duty than those.

That scabbard tip is a different shape than your find, but agree, similar.
