THE PENTAGON says the New Jersey UFO's are NOT foreign and NOT Us Military. WHAT ARE THEY THEN?!

Well if they're not foreign, then they're domestic. (Foreign would include extraterrestrial, I would think -- that's about as foreign as you can get.). And if they're not military, then they're either privately owned or non-military government owned.

This assumes, of course, that (a) the Pentagon actually knows what it's talking about, and (b) that they'd give you a straight answer if they did.
