Cost Calculator For Your "Affordable Health Care Act" aka O-Blame-0ca

what would you call him TH? A well intentioned CEO? They set the fine at that level due to the immense amount of fraud that occurred. It's kind of like JCMorgan being fined 11 Billion Dollars for crashing the economy after JCM made 45 Billion Dollars doing the crime. Oh, I forgot, no crime in crashing your retirement funds, I apologize for using that term,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,really............................I do.

As far as parroting the b.x. about President Obama's neighborhood organizing, that's like throwing rocks at the founding fathers, the first neighborhood organizers in the country..

What is wrong with community organizing? Do you prefer every man for himself, dog eat dog, type of society?

You called him a criminal, he has never been charged with any crimes...

By the way I m not really a Rick Scott fan, although I do like the fact he wants all welfare receiptants in Fla to have to be drug tested to get welfare...

in my opinion, Rick Scott is a criminal. His plan to drug test all welfare recipients took a downward turn. Remember that? He refuses to take a drug test which he should due to the fact he works for the people of Florida. Do you think we should have the right to make sure our representatives are not using any illicit substances?

Opinions is like belly buttons ... Do you think we should have the right to make sure our PRESIDENT is not using any illicit substances?

Nah, only the nasty republicans should be subject to stuff like that eh?

I truly believe we should have every representative of the citizens tested for illicit substances, from the president on down the line. If they are elected, they work for "we the people". We would be requiring the testing just to assure us that they are not going to raise their health insurance rates by using drugs while working. The same reason companies use to test file clerks and janitors.

now, stop presuming.:headbang:

here's the deal on the Florida b.x., Scott and his cronies assumed all welfare recips were on drugs so they passed a law requiring them to pay for their own testing (Scott owns one of the clinics where testing would be done)and if they passed, the state would reimburse the cost of the test. After thousands of test were done and passed, the state did not have the funds to reimburse the testees. They also found that only 2% failed testing which is the average for the general population. There was no great amount of drug use for everyone depending on welfare or SNAP.

Another thing I don't like is the " Marriage penalty". If a man makes $ 50,000 and the woman makes $ 50,000 it is cheaper by thousands to get insurance being single versus being married. Look it up!!

I agree, my bad.

Have you ever been to "da hood"? I go on a daily basis. Those areas are no longer exclusively black ... but the behavior is consistent. We had to fire employees because the ID10TS didn't realize that the GPS units they used to locate addresses for pickups and deliveries also recorded their every step. As the software is supposed to be updated weekly - or at least that's what we told them (drug users are just like drunks ... they can't understand that they're stupid, and you can fool them numerous times on the same action) - when I brought it in to my office, I pulled their activity for the week. Usually all it took was looking at Friday after they cashed their checks to find out where they were going to make their buys.

Oh, and BTW, if you want to use that in your company just remember: Garmin can be locked so that it will only work when turned on within a 50' radius of where it is when the security turns on. We told the dopers that it was an anti-theft device and that if they failed to turn the GPS on when they started their vehicles, they would not be able to use it without returning to their parking space.

Every time we have to let an employee go over this, they are within an area with a 1/2 mile radius marked by the center of the projects. Sorry, they are Government Projects, not apartments. Sorry, no PC BS allowed.

Now, when 0-Blame-0 (you know, they guy in DC who has to blame EVERYONE ELSE for his screwups :BangHead: ) is exposed out by using the calculator above, and his minions of supporters in the RED STATES find out they don't get free healthcare (yep, blue states get it for free - but there are hood rats in every state) it's going to be a bumpy ride. You can probably expect rioting in the streets ... unlike those pesky conservatives who just try to quietly make it go away, these folks will NOT be happy about having to make monthly payments or copays.

Yesterday, the local "sign up for ZeroCare" folks were on a local radio station. I called, talked about the calculator and the costs to individuals, proved it isn't a subsidy but a tax credit, well they had no answer and asked the host to cut me off. Hopefully someone from the hood was listening and aware enough to look it up themselves.
