While I can't say what it is, I can definitely tell you it is Tibetan. You can clearly see the Om symbol. Possibly religious / buddhist item.

if its a copper tile it looks like it has a
Syllabic alphabet on it, maybe it was inported
the site says there are Syllabic alphabets used mainly
for decorative, ceremonial or religious purposes
near bottom of pg,

Syllables are separated by a dot.

That's what I would expect from a PI machine. I'm just glad when it's not iron. ;D
