Looks like 3" decorative stamped copper tile.You can see many by looking for copper tiles.

While I can't say what it is, I can definitely tell you it is Tibetan. You can clearly see the Om symbol. Possibly religious / buddhist item.

if its a copper tile it looks like it has a
Syllabic alphabet on it, maybe it was inported
the site says there are Syllabic alphabets used mainly
for decorative, ceremonial or religious purposes
near bottom of pg,

That is not a Tibetan om symbol , this is..
