Found this very nice coin on one of the last hunts and couldn't track it down complete.
It has the appearance of a Spanish-Netherlands Taler called Albertustaler but is copper not silver. It has 2.8grams what would be roughly 1/10 of the Albertustaler. Date seems to be 1605.

Nice find Lu. Roman, Prussian, German, the WWII stuff and now you come up with some 400 year old Spanish coin? Your land sure has been traveled over. Good luck.

Thanks Tim! Not exactly Spanish. More Netherlands than Spanish. That time the Netherlands belonged to Spain and fought an 80 years war.
Something to read:

That war was most likely the reason the coin got here. Dutch marauders striked many of the towns and villages here.
