🔎 UNIDENTIFIED Copper grommet?

Piece in back exposed some copper. This was found behind park near old homestead. Didn’t find much today. Looked up to see what its use was, said craft projects. Anyway to tell what it was used for? Leather?

Hard to say….id say it’s a brass grommet. No telling what it’s used for, but tents/tarps/etc all could fit the bill

Interesting. I was looking for pics, I don’t know what you would call it. Just seeing if it matches up possibly
