Hey folks!
Got out to my 1886 permission one last time before the storm of the decade hits Seattle. Lots of snow in the forecast.
No Morgan today but I did manage one neat find:
The token is to "The Grand" saloon in Everett (town about 30 minutes north of Seattle) and has the proprietor's name on it - "CC Cushen". He was only the proprietor in 1904 so this token dates to that time period. Really cool!
Here's a bit more about a similar token. You can see it's to the same saloon but the token listed on that website is slightly different than mine. Maybe IdahoTokens can shed some light on the varieties?
Here are a couple other neat bits I found. The metal die is a first for me:
