The insinuation is the statement that implies woman of a certain demographic are loose.

It is a statement that would get most of us fired if said to any woman in an open office.

I picked it up immediately. Yes, it was a joke, I understand that. It was very offensive to a lot of people and in very bad taste. I know "go buy a sense of humor".

I have seldom seen a post from the OP that wasnt offensive in some way, so whatever...

Well, I'm not sure about Obammy voters, but I can sure tell you this. The other day some of my over 65 yr old buddies and I were sitting on the tailgates of several pickups in a circle just shooting the bull. I could surely see the relief in all their eyes, and hear it in the words they spoke, that under Obammy care we will all get FREE contraceptives and that none of us can or probably will stand the chance of getting pregnant ever again! What a relief to all of us! In fact, we hoisted another beer we were so relieved!

On the serious side, almost the entire Obammycare bill is/was directed to a certain demographics, but that demographics is spread out throughout the country in all states. The income redistribution system that it actually is, was put in place in an attempt to insure the loyal future votes of lower income peoples of all races, but certainly those in large urban areas. It was designed for those on gov't welfare and the gov't dole, so that they could get much more for nothing and would be, it was thought, eternally grateful to Obammy and thus his way of governing. The majority of those people being black, poor whites and hispanics. By controlling those votes, it was/is believed that the libs will then control the biggest block of votes out there. What they didn't count on was the lower middle class and middle class of all those races reacting to their cancellation notices as they have and reacting to their higher deductibles and increased premiums as they have, with such distain.

10,000 case back load in phoenix for child abuse...under a republican administration, these numbers were skewed by the method of round filing over two thousand child abuse reports ...hidden for two years from any investigation...but the special republican appointed crew to solve under investigated reports of child abuse...

republican would rather shake fingers in the presidents face, then respond to child abuse reports...

You are so far out there with your leftwing BS, it's pitiful!! I have nothing against contraception in ANY WAY!! I just don't want to be forced to pay for someone else's contraception. At the risk of not being PC, but being totally honest, if some of those sluts weren't just laying around all day humping their boyfriends, and when they do get pregnant, that boyfriend would man up to his duties and responsibilities, then there wouldn't be that many child neglect cases. When do you libs want the repeated humpee and humper to start to take care of their own responsibilities, child wise and contraception wise, instead of the rest of us having to do it?

You know pip, I've been a conservative thinker all of my life, so anything I've done during this life so far has been done as a conservative. All you do is spout off about child abuse, but unlike most of you libs, as a Conservative, I'd venture to say that in my lifetime, I've actually done something meaningful to help abused children.

No one on the right in my opinion wants to discard or not help abused children. They certainly want the parents to be held accountable for those children too though!! They also want the parents held responsible, monetarily, for all the illegitimate children they continue to produce too.

UB, I'm having trouble following along. When you say you want to hold parents accountable for abused children you mean put them in jail where they belong, right? And, you are aware that child abuse is a non economic criminal act? Then again, maybe i'm not understanding your definition of abused children.

You want parents held responsible monetarily, for all the illegitimate children they produce? Are proposing a two tier system that treats legitimate children born in a marriage differently from children born out of wedlock?

if i've got that wrong let me know.

As for the right helping abused children? On these forums right now is another thread that is critical of a program that insures that children of low income families get fresh food. AS I'm sure you are aware, super markets that offer such food don't locate stores in low income areas. Inner Cities for instance. These areas become fresh food deserts. Forcing the population onto a diet of junk food.

As i said, on this forum is a thread about a program aimed right at children in these areas. A program that sees that problem and is doing something about it. Yet, the members here are critical of the program. They are against it. As are all republicans. telling us it is a waste of money. That though the program is highly successful and includes much private participation.

UB this brings me to a question: How can you say the conservative right is for helping protect these kids when they are against feeding them?

of course i'm not talking about you personally. You saw a problem and are doing something about it. But on the general policy level?

I understand the joke and i'm not against a good joke. Of which this was not.

Here's the thing, our company holds rewards trips for it people who meet certain goals. Usually these are held in some pretty posh vacation spots. We are there to relax and have a good time. Wives and SO, are invited and of course top management is always there to press the flesh.
So among the attendees on a trip this past summer is a branch Office manager who is held in great regard. The guy has a great rep for building top producing offices within the company. And, manages to keep all his surely charges under control. However, this night he was out of control. At the bar telling jokes after having more than one too many. I walked away after the first joke. One that broke every rule of every continuing ed class I'd ever been forced to take. But he kept going. Word was by the fifth or sixth joke the Company CEO asked him to leave the bar. he left. A day, one day, after he got back to NYC, he was fired! He lost an $800,000 a year job for telling a joke. One no less crude than the one listed here.

And so it goes in offices across america where companies get sued for this every day. ( well if one is to believe the continuing ed)

So i guess i am a little over sensitive to it. Only because my job depends on me not slipping up and crossing the line. But, that's the office, not here.

They would rather force women to continue a pregnancy than to allow for birth control, and I'm not talking about abortion because that is not used as birth control to the heights that political party makes it out to be but they would rather make it seem like it is than confront the fact that education would solve most of the problem. I'm willing to lay odds that if men got pregnant there would be abortion clinics on every corner and congress would pass a law making them cheap.

My question would be. Would you want your wife to be in the company of someone that treats women like they're all sluts?

How did my post get so far out of hand? It was a joke to show things that are free tend to be abused Why even use safe sex when tomorrow you can fix it. It's the same as dental insurance why brush my teeth when it's free to fix em.
