i found this ring earlier today with no markings. i took it to my coin guy who buys my scrap and he confirmed it was plat&gold he weighed it up and gave me $1650.00. not bad for 3 hours work. i then turned around and gave him $650.00 back to clear my running tab for coins on hold. so all in all a good day. i knew that heavy sucker was gonna pay off.

yes it was just over a ounce but if you read the post it also had a gold design band in the middle. plat was 1550 a ounce and gold was approx 1150 a ounce. i didnt do the math but i wasnt going to argue witrh the price either.
