On Friday we went to the local museum to meet the Local FLO to collect some finds that we had taken in to be logged on the Portable Antiques Scheme that operates here in the uk https://finds.org.uk/database/artefacts/record/id/1132458

So have added pictures taken from the web site giving details of the finds…, I suppose I should go thru my previous Todays Finds posts and update them…. but…. im taking the easier option! 😆 xx

I was amazed at the Thomas Becket piece. Way too cool!
Thanks for the facts.
Ah thank you, that was such a cool find, i didnt find it all on the same day.. so even more cool to actually be able to find something ur actually looking for 😆 xx

Spotted a couple of mistakes;

'Stud' is an Iron Age Toggle, similar;
'Spur' is part of a Gag Loop (harness equipment)
'Bracelet' is part of a Georgian shoe buckle
Gosh… ok, so would you suggest I contact the FLO to let her know…? Or is that something you would do via the PAS site? xx
