Confederate Loan Bond

I can post a picture later, but last weekend I picked up a $1000 8% C.S.A. "loan" document with 30 payment coupons attached (I believe these are all the coupons, so none have been clipped). The loan was issued in 1862 and was to mature in 1881 (but we all know what happened). Looks to be in good shape. Was folded before but now is flat. One tear at the top of less than one inch. No stains that I can see.

Any thoughts on value?

CCHunter - if you would like to post a photo of it. I can bring it by Nick Harris (Regimental Headquarters) tomorrow and ask his opinion on it. You know he deals with this stuff on a daily basis...
 

Thanks. Here's a series of less than ideal iPhone photos. There are two more rows of coupons folded under the bottom, but I did not want to remove the bond from its plastic protector.
