The wife is out and the kids are asleep so I'm getting caught up on watching my DVRed history shows. I noticed that tomorrow night at 10pm the new Brad Meltzer's Decoded is on and they are searching for a hoard of confederate gold. I'm sure this will be just for entertainment but should be interesting.

Yes,they did go further south-to FLORIDA!
On their way to Ocala,Florida,John C Breckinridge and Judah P Benjamin paid Lola Sanchez,Confederate spy from Palatka,Florida,$500.00 in Mexican silver dollars.
