I found this today. Could the CS stand for Confederate States?

It was found where there were both Union and Confederate Camps.

If it is a T. Miller button, it is quite uncommon, but still should have been captured by Albert or Tice. I would refer to those references.

ColtsPop is correct. That is a T. Miller solid cast "muffin" button. 100% Confederate Civil War button.
