Great collection of stuff!
I thought the paint tube was going to turn out to hold glue because that's what I've been finding in the playgrounds I've been searching. Gotta tell you, that bothers me more than digging up spent ammunition.

Hey GD....Welcome to the site. Raynolds and Devoe are manufacturers of epoxy coatings. They're still in business today so I can't help with dating your item. What you've got there is a hardener tube. You would add it to a vehicle (part A of the system) and it would catalyze the mixture. Nice handfull of coins too! Keep doin' what you're doin'~CO2
