Thanks, Yeah to me it doesn't get more Banner worthy than this but most members on here would rather see a diamond ring or something that's not historically significant up top, Not that it matters to me Im beyond thrilled to have it in my collection. Im not sure what to press it in to show the image maybe play-doh??

What an awesome find!
Sealing wax would look better than play-doh....
They still sell sealing waxes. Classic Sealing Wax | Supple Wax Sticks | Glue Gun Sealing Wax Sticks | Brass Seals

I know have seen small kits at Barnes and Noble booksellers. wax seal stamp set | Barnes & Noble

Wow, great piece.

I did some research and I believe it is a token. There are a few varieties listed. One is brass with the 45 on the reverse mad this one is listed in a catalogue but I could not access it. Search Wilkes an liberty 45 tokens. Good luck!

With respect, I suggest you might need to do some more research :icon_thumleft:

What an historical find :headbang:

Wow, thats really stepping in it. Congrats on a very sweet piece of history...

What an awesome piece of history! So glad you got it out of the ground and saved it, thanks for sharing such an amazing find with us!
That is one piece that I'm sure already has a special spot in your collection!!:occasion14:

If you make an wax imprint of it would you post a picture?
Even if it's not a clear imprinting I think it would be awesome to see something historical getting to be used one last time.
