That sounds like something I would do! Your taking my job! But at least you did try to find it and made a whole bunch of Tnet members laugh in the process. Sounds like you guys have a blast and thats the most important thing. FUN and ENJOYMENT. I wish I had a group of guys to hunt with like you have. The guy I hunt with is so uptight all he wants to talk about on our long trips to our sites (that I found through hours of research) is politics and things I could care less about! BTW when he is not yapping and that is seldom he is trying to make me go def with his car stereo. It is the loudest I have ever heard. Once we get to a site I cant hear the beeps from my machine from him trying to feel young again by listening to that 80's garbage. Yes he is a Tnet member and I hope he reads this so he might take a hint!!!

Happy hunting to all

Tom

Hi guys:

This item "might be a cuff link" but I have found several like items and were told they were "collar buttons" who knows for sure, for sure.

Why give up? There can't possibly be that much garbage from one night...

Bud, when us three are together, the conversation never --and I mean never -- sways from the topic of metal detecting.

*How long can three detecting dudes possibly talk about VDIs, ground balancing, mixed mode audio, pinpoint techniques, recoverying techniques, research, Minelab BS, Steve Howard and his engineering ideas, how great WHITE'S is, cheap plastic on the Teknetics, modern coins mode on a Fisher brand, the 28-frequency Minelab BS, how cool we are when walking with our detectors on our shoulder, proper swing form, noise cancel bullpoopy, how Minelab doesn't go deeper than White's, how the Ace 250 is not what people make it up to be (it's only a beginner's detector), how people can be satisfied with just "newer" coins, how Ken White is a god, $200 stories to White's, to use a threshold or to not, falsing signals on the SE coil, 6 X 10 DD coils, SE users using Explorer II coils (What's up with that?), how Teknetics, Tesoro, and Fisher stole the trigger pinpoint off of WHITE'S, how great Shasta Horner is (White's advertising babe), why Paco should have named his new cat WHITE'S, alien metal detectorists, how the UK detectorists don't need skill to find their coins (anyone in the UK can find Roman coins), how great Carl and Barb are (owners of the Colonial farm), exploring other fields on the Colonial farm, Western and Eastern Treasures magazine talk, how we are probably the best in our county (if not, Central PA...giggling), how WHITE'S can play the same frequency game with Minelab (Yes, we don't choose to play that maxing game...we could say we have 100 frequencies), how Minelab got fined for false advertising on their 28 frequencies, how could anyone place a metal detector in the closet, conversations on whether some people fabricate their posts, Mike "the Lube Dude" and his duck hunting license (neighbor next to Colonial field), how WHITE'S kicks Minelabs buttocks, etc., etc.?

Well, for us, it's been going for three years and it doesn't seem like it is going to slow down anytime soon.

You got me believing it's non stop talking when y'all get together, but how do you find the time to write so much? ;D ;D ;D I think it's hilarious. Keep em coming.

Mr. Piggman,

In the art of metal detecting seduction, one must delve into their own heart to satisfy that one desire: Love. But, bud, it ain't the love that is usually sought in most moot instances. It is the desire to please one's own metal detector, one's own relic feva, one's own coppa feva, one's own wilver feva, etc. Bud, I think you get the hint: I love my metal detector....WHITE'S!

I love my WHITES too. I hold it, and pet it, and have made it my friend. :D :D :D :D :D :D

So what's the news? Did you ACTUALLY GIVE UP?!?! Don't send that garbage out! Take those bags apart with all metal mode! Those cufflinks could be worth a small fortune if they got the right stuff on them! It will be worth the couple of hours getting that crap out of the cans. You might make another more costly mistake by letting them go. If they have numbers or the correct name on them they will bring some serious cash. If you don't Zoy ought to give you hard a kick in the head. I know I would. Where are you in PA? It's only a hop and a skip from NY.

Kirk,
Thanks for the funny post. I can just picture you digging through all that garbage, and Zoy right next to you laughing his a$$ off. ;D
Congrats on the find Dude.
I love White's now too, and I don't even own one. ;D
Take care,
MM
