Well. I finally got a good haul. Was walking out of my local store and glanced in the reject tray. They rest as they say is history.

Please let me know if I have anything of value.

Looks like Timmy got a hold of Gramps’ collection. I guarantee a bunch of keepers got hung up in the Dirt Cup. Damn… I should’ve gotten a gig working for Coinstar.

Amazing grab n' go from the Coinstar. Your haul kind of confirms what a Coinstar repair/ maintenance man explained to me at Walmart not long ago about how they set up the system. He said he adjusts the machine for for conductivity of the coins, much like a metal detector. Told he set them up to kick out the silver! Looks like that may be true. I'm sure there are other things at play to kick out trash, bent coins etc. Probably something magnetic, or weight based too. I've gotten 3 beautiful steel pennies in one haul.

Only better find was a krugerand I recall
Not me, but a thread on here somewhere

Huge Congrats! The amazing thing about this find is that a store employee didn't grab it before you got there!
