Coin show as well, Opinion Please (added another pic)

My guess is Fine maybe (or better, a little wear in the hair for sure), still pretty. I cannot tell if its been cleaned. Its in a plastic holder. Not the best pictures. The wear is worse at the curl by the neck. Liberty is clear with the coin in hand, the reverse has little wear.
