Well I don’t know where to begin. I picked up my coin lock bags yesterday and didn’t even look at them. The previous week I had asked my order bank not to order me any more until I called back. They told me they would halt my order and would be willing to begin ordering when I was ready. Low and behold I get the call that my bags were in last Friday. Not having time to pick them up, I asked them to keep them over the weekend for me. So with great dread I went and picked them up yesterday and threw them in my trunk.
The past month has been dismal as far as silver finds. My steady stream of decent bags began to dwindle around mid February into dump bags from monster silver searchers known on this forum. Tried a few alternatives banks in an effort to thwart the run of bad luck and found nothing but nice shiny clad coins marked every way one could imagine. Every bank I visited the past month responded the same way every time I asked for halves. I had resigned myself to a life free of AG.
I arrived home last night to my beautiful wife and kids, ate dinner, and got the kiddos ready for bed. My wife had some errands to run so she took off with my car (with the bags in the back.) I warned her they were there and figured I would wait till she got back to do my usual distribution to my dump bags for this weeks dump runs. After getting everyone asleep, I headed to my usual spot to sort and only had some cent boxes to go through. Wife got home about 30 minutes later and I figured I would wait till later to get my bags out of the trunk. Around 10:30 I went and brought in the bags and set them down. I picked up one bag and was trying to figure out the scribbled through writing on the front to see where this bag originated from. That is when I noticed a 40% peaking out at me. I couldn’t believe it. Well to wrap up this story here were the results of the two bags. The first one was the best one by far I have had yet. I guess this goes to show persistence is the name of the game.

6 – Walkers
10 Impaired Clad S Proofs
59 NIFC – Most were 2010, first I have seen.
Bag #2

1 – 90% Ken
1 – Ben
1 – Walker
1 Impaired Clad S Proof
3 NIFC
$.95 in various loose change
Sorry I didn’t take any pictures, it was 1AM before I finished. This made for a good end to an awful month. 32 troy ounces keeps me on target with my goal of 30 oz a month. Thanks for looking and happy hunting.
