When this coin was minted, Austria was actually the Austria-Hungary Empire and it was what is now an array of different European countries nowadays. As a result of multiple languages used, there was not much for a legend on the coins minted during the time frame. I have a 20 heller piece that took me a good good while to figure out where it was from as well. As far as your piece, the KM # is 2801 and about 74 million were struck that year. Sadly the numismatic value in circulated condition (according to 2009 Standard Catalog of World Coins) is about 15 to 35 cents.
