Hello, first time poster and new member. We are from Missouri on vacation in Jamaica. My dad found this while walking the beach. We are currently keeping it in salt water until we know what to do with it. Any help would be great, any ideas on origin, age, ect. Would be awesome. Found near the area of runaway bay. 2 pictures included if the WiFi will hold up.

I would keep it out of the salt water. Looks like a copper coin of sorts, and saltwater and copper don't play well together. try picking off the crud with a toothpick, and see if you can get any details out of it to figure out what it is.

1st - Welcome Aboard Bfire! Take a look at Sub-Forums: Missouri for information (i.e., clubs, etc.) directly related to your state.

2nd - I moved this request from Today's Finds! over to What Is It? for more exposure.

Judging by the color, they're copper or bronze. If you pick off some of the edge crust, sometimes the rest will just fall off. If not, you may have to use more serious measures.
