Coil ear wear on the XP Deus

Rubber washer was just gone. Deus is 10 months old. About half worn through the coil ear. Is it covered under warranty?

There is only one washer used according to the setup directions. It would have to be covered, the (directions show to only use one) as the two they send won't fit.

Perhaps you are correct. I didn't remember installing two washers, but that was 10 months ago. I'll have to re-check the assembly instructions.

In another 10 months it's going to wear completely through. Not good when the coil has the brains inside.

Has anyone seen this happen to their Deus. If not, you better check yours.

I had this happen on another brand and got a rubber washer from the hardware store which worked fine.

call moe at the deus repair center and he will take care of you tell him calabash digger told you to call him hes a jam up guy. Deus customer service is top notch!

I have had mine for over two years, and have not had this issue.
