I wouldn't use a metal sifter. And the holes seem a bit too big.
You can make one a lot cheaper. I cut 2.5" off the bottom of a five gallon bucket, drilled a bunch of 3/8" holes in it and wrapped a pool noodle around it with zip ties. No metal, works great. Cost a couple bucks for noodle and zip ties.

Definitely build your own be creative. Those things are weak won’t last long. I made one out of an old Coke bottle plastic rack with noodles and zip ties.

I’ll be creative and make one. Something that I can use a pinpointer on. I later found out that the CKG is made in China so I’d rather not do business with them if I have a choice

Dammit, I just received a CKG 9 x 6 for my 10-year-old son. It looks pretty good and it’s the right size for him that’s basically why I got it. I’m not getting him a titanium until he finds some goldPissed that it’s made in China duh.
Let’s see how well it holds up but good to know!

This has a stainless steel sieve with holes just shy of 1/2” (10.4mm). So pinpointer is a no go. Does anyone use this. The price is a lot less than the other one I see.
You're looking for sharks teeth how is a pinpointer going to help you ?
