Civil War Buttons, Seated Dime & More!
Boy did I have fun today! I did not plan to go hunting today but it was so nice out I grabbed my F75 & headed out.
I went back to the old homestead spot me & Rob went to the other day. Soldiers used it during the war & it was there years after.
I found an 1889 seated dime, 2 Eagle I buttons (one is bigger than the other), 1 large flat button( I thought it was a large cent at first),
a 54cal 3 ringer, what looks like 2 scabbard parts, and a clip that could be from a garter belt or suspenders, a flattened thimble, 2 oil lamp adjusters, a lead poker chip, part of a spoon and other misc things.
That's all for now catch you next time!
