Cigaretts in glass tubes........

Maybe he wants to smoke a $20 cigarette? Not everything in life is about money. Just saying...

Yes, that is true, didn't mean to come off that way if that how it was read.

I think personally that they are worth between 10-12 bucks each in the right spot.
I'm not sure about the rules on selling tobacco on ebay, even collectible items.
I sell a lot on etsy and i would list them there. no auction, just price them like a buy it now spot.
Even though etsy is a big craft spot, I do well selling the same stuff I sell on ebay all the time.

You may want to find out if they are worth $1000 ea. before you smoke them... :laughing7: I'd love to try one though... :occasion14:

Keep @ it and HH !! :hello2:

can you do that with old cigars too

one word folks, Cancer.

50 cent exists the stage

We arent talking about cancer. We are talking about garage sales, we are talking about value, we are talking about old cigarettes and how to make them usable again.

Please do not derail our threads.

I was kidding----the topic of discussion was about old cigarettes and smoking them. I wasn't derailing anything. I made it a joke and liked several posts before I even posted, so no I'm not derailing it. It's also quite obvious that nearly everyone knows about cigarette use and cancer, I made a joke and you took it the wrong way with a mean-spirited reply. I wasn't even intending on making another post in this thread....
Back to discussion,

OP let us know if they fall apart, I tried searching for both glass tube cigarettes and the brand mentioned to see if they are worth anything i could see nothing.

I sent an email out to a tobacciana collector He has never seen them either. He said they were probably a store counter display and sold for 5cents a piece. He also sent this.
Marty,

Fair enough. Let me know when you do decide. The factory number
tells me that the manufacturer was Flemming-Hall Tobacco Company which
had a few relatively popular brands in the 1940s such as Sheffield and
Coffee Tone which was made from pipe tobacco and flavored with coffee
during the WWII cigarette shortages. Actually the company was better
known for their various pipe tobacco mixtures. The firm was sold to US
Tobacco Co. of New Jersey in the early 1950s.
