Cigarette case Hallmark id ?

It's not a very fancy case but I was wondering if these markings could be ID'ed . It weighs 7 1/2 oz . I can't find Sterling on it any where , just the prior owner's name and these hallmarks . Thanks !

It was given to mrs. mojjax by her boss last spring . For years it sat in his office on a curio shelf , she always asked if she could someday have it , he always said no . On her 20th year of being a faithfull worker , he finally gave it to her to show his appreciation of her service .

It was given to him back in the early 60's when, as a young man, he worked as a page in the Whitehouse .
