Chinese / Japanese Reign Mark help

Unable to find any info on this reign mark and signature. Any help is appreciated...

The stamp is hard to read as it wasn't fully pressed onto the canvas or their wasn't sufficient ink on the stamp when it was pressed. As for the signature it looks to be 李龙 (li long) but that is just a guess. 李 li is a common last name and 龙 long means dragon. If the second character is 龙 long it looks to be written in the simplified form which would make the painting produced after 1935. Here is a photo of a signature form of 龙 long for your comparison.
