Whittaker & Co. of Hanley, Stoke-On-Trent, England, but you knew that.
Mid to late 19th century and my guess is they are quite valuable considering how many pieces you have. I would START at $250.00.
I'll keep digging.

Those are so cute! Makes me think of my grandaughters. But it would be broken in ten minutes if the were allowed to play with them! I am thinking they are more for curios or display items. Very neat. Monty

rvrpilot, this is all i found with a quick look
i think your set is worth a little more than 250$
since you have the S bowl and creamer and tea pot,
they usually get lost broken, with any dish set,
so makes yours more valuable, and if you have
the sugar spoon, not sure it came with one, but
most likely did adds more value, if i find more ill post

Whittaker Nursery Ware Cup and Plate
Both pieces have a registration number 103739 dating manufacture to after 1888.
They are typical of the nursery rhyme series manufactured by Whittaker and Co. in Hanley, Staffordshire, England, which operated from just 1882 to 1898.
