I WAS ABLE TO MAKE A COUPLE TRIPS TO THE WP BEFORE IT WENT AWAY WITH TYLERBDAD AND WAS AMAZED WITH WHAT I FOUND THERE ON THAT SMALL PATCH OF DIRT. GOT QUITE A FEW FIRST FOR ME, BEING FROM NOTH CAROLINA I DONT HAVE SPOTS TO HUNT LIKE THIS ONE AT HOME. THE 1858 FLYING EAGLE IS THE FIND OF THE TRIP FOR ME. AND FINISHING THE DAY WITH A 1896 INDIAN, WHEATIE, AND A MEMORIAL. ALSO POSTING ALL MY OTHER FINDS FROM THE PATCH.THANKS TBD FOR TWO GREAT TRIPS TO THE LOW COUNTRY IMG_20160223_183148583_HDR.jpgIMG_20160223_183552624_HDR.jpgIMG_20160223_183745073_HDR.jpgIMG_20160223_184123370_HDR.jpgIMG_20160223_184242140_HDR.jpgIMG_20160201_200620485_HDR (1).jpg

Great Finds there Patch. Had a great time hunting with you. Love those finds. How about turning the black Carolina glass piece around in another pic. And dang it stop yelling at me :laughing7: I know I've been yelling at you for 2 weeks to post.
Jon said he might have piece to your Carolina

Some on here been drooling over some Balls. Bet they like your Southern Balls.
Like that Dewey's Token too.

Congrats on some awesome finds , you guys have pulled some very nice finds from that place.

nice digs, congrats on the F,E.Sweet buttons,am liking that token too-HH

Great variety of finds. That flying eagle is far better than most I see coming out of the ground and that ain't many.

Dfw, it's not a large cent but is some kind of unidentifiable copper coin. You can see a right facing bust but nothing else

And not one little mention of that super nice silver nickel:icon_scratch:
Todd, you have some really nice finds there. Did you use a shovel or Tom's technique?:tongue3:

He's still in training Dave. But actually he did yell OD Nickel when he found it.

Used a shovel and shouted O.D. nickel!

Well played my man. Congrats on all of the nice finds.

Welcome to the Flying Eagle Club!

Congratz on some great finds and what looks to have been a fun hunt! That flying eagle is the best one I've seen posted coming from the dirt! Congratz on it again!

Nice finds Todd! I'm worried about TBD's constant mentioning of balls. From afar that unidentifiable copper looks like a chain cent!

Brad it's just a Kick at the recent Love Fest on balls here :laughing7:
