Hi, I was wondering if anyone could help me.. I am not a an electrician and posses only a minimal amount of knowledge about such things.
I have a CC-40 Coin Comparator by Coin Mechanisms. I wanted to power it from the wall to do some penny sorting. It's I/O plug is a inline molex. I want to run this to the wall. I know it involved converting the wall (AC) to DC for the comparator. What I do not get is how I would connect a molex to a 24vDC power supply?
Is there a simple adapter I could buy? or could I just cut up some wires and tape them? Never done any wire cutting before.. Other people are running similar devices right to the wall...like the coinalyzer. It also seems that the Ryedale is using a similar comparator, connected by some fancy wrapped molex wire.
Thanks!!
