If they catch people stealing scrap or any thing else they should hang them , just like the old days in the west. I think there would be a lot less thievery . But even though this will never happen, they can never get away from bad karma.

They ought to hang and then shoot scrap thieves while they are hanging, with their families watching.

Scrap thieves are the lowest form of the scum on earth.

Scrap thieves broke into a house I own, and cut the cords on my appliances. It cost me $32 for a new vacuum cord so they could get 2.00 worth of copper. I spent three hours wiring another appliance so they could steal 50 cents in copper.

In Indianapolis, thieves cut the copper out of a food bank's cooler lines, ruining $100,000 worth of orange juice that Kroger had donated to feed the hungry.

Those people are SCUM!!!!

Thievery is pretty low but someone who wants to force a mother to watch her son hang for for costing you a whopping 32$ and 3 hours is not very high class either.
If you think a scrap thief is the lowest scum on earth you better pick up a newspaper cause it gets a hell of a lot lower.

The only problem with hanging a thief for stealing $32 worth of wire, is what do we do with a car thief, robber, or forger? Do we hang them twice, or burn their eyes out? Im having this dilemma with guy that hits the same tot lot as I do. I have been thinking of putting some mines there, its just not right to take MY clad.

Even though there are some here, that advocate shooting claim jumpers, I for one would hate to see those days again. I can just imagine shooting a claim jumper, then finding out he was just some guy just washing his dinner plate at your site!
