Great coin spill! Good condition considering they were in salty mud.
Did you also dig a few steamers from the muck for dinner? That would be my kind of a hunt! Coins and clams!

Nah, steamers out of that mud are very bad, I think the mud is even killing em....lol

Only the counterweight was in the mud... The coins 12 in all were not near any water. I let my buddie dig the hole a bit more after I pulled 10 coins, and he pulled another large cent and another reale (smaller than both others). Best day so far......... ;-)
