Carved Jade Pin at estate sale

I found this pin at a sale. It has bits of purple and green. It is about 2.25 x 1.5 inches. The back has four different marks. Two of the marks are partly obscured by the clasp. I was told it was brought to the US from china around 1940. Thanks for any help.
