Hi Lucas, first of all, no it isn't a cartwheel. Without the dimensions this is just a guess, it might be 1.) Third issue Soho mint halfpenny 1799 or 2.) Forth issue, also Soho mint, Penny or halfpenny 1806/7. Again the diameter is needed for a better id, alas it is too worn to be 100% certain, but I am sure one of the experts on here will either confirm my id or not.

Cool, thanks!

There's a tiny stamp by the shoulder, a '3' and a 'i' or a '1.' Any ideas?
