Can't find the post ?
Morning,
can ya all help direct me to the right post (date, etc.)? It was the one discussing the archaeological resources protecting act of 1979, and the exception that collecting surface exposed (ie "laying upon surface) or words to that effect. The wording had statements that Section 3 of the act does not apply to surface items, etc., etc.
Can you point me to the right post ? As promised, some of my items will be photographed and on the site over the weekend.
Anybody do better with my tips for improved hunting ?
