Canadian Quarter

Does anyone know if a 1962 Canadian quarter is silver? Got one in my change at the gas station.

Thanks for the response. I noticed that it seemed to have a different looking "shine" compared to a US silver quarter.

It's 80% silver.

Canadian Quarters were silver up until 1967. In 1968 some were made in silver and some were clad. Your quarter is definately worth more than a quarter.
